Hi! My name is Devlynn, but everyone calls me Dev.

My initial journey with tattooing began a little over 15 years ago in Florida. As a mother of two, I paused work to raise my children and to finish my degree as a cosmetologist.

I always kept a bit of myself in the tattoo industry by designing tattoos and in 2020 I picked up the machine again for small pieces. A spot opened up here at Ink Expression in October of 2024 and I jumped at the opportunity to start up full time!

I love tattooing fun, simple, and cute designs that are a little on the girly side. I have a unique way of expressing my art - if it’s not in my hair color, hair style, or clothing, it’s in my art. I favorite designs are anime, video games, cartoons, storybooks, and fairytales. I also enjoy the challenge of coverup tattoos - if you’d like to change what you’ve got, I would love to create a newer, better piece for you!
